The "odd-schedule" workouts for June will be held on the Mondays of June 16th and 30th, 3-5pm; workouts will be conducted at Hombu Dojo . Again,the workouts are open to all dan and kyu ranks. Generally, these workouts include a "standard" agenda (warm-ups, stretches, calisthenics, basics drills), and a fluid agenda determined by attendance.
